A labour force of over two million people currently resides within a one hour's drive of Aurora. The Town has a well-educated and highly-skilled labour force of approximately 21,000 people* that is predominately comprised of commerce, management, business administration, engineering and applied sciences and technologies experts. Aurora has a strong young and talented labour force of which 34% is between the ages of 20 and 44.
