The natural environment is the basis for our health, economy and well-being. The environment not only supports human livelihood, it is also an intricate and delicate web of life that sustains the planet and its species.
The draft goals and objectives have been developed around the sustainability theme and based on the information provided through the consultation process. The following natural environment goal and objectives are proposed:
Goal: Supporting environmental stewardship and sustainability
Objective 1: Encouraging the stewardship of Aurora's natural resources
