The Town of Aurora�s Planning and Development Services department is proud to launch their new Business Concierge Program.

The program is aimed at assisting new job-creating projects through the development approval process at Aurora Town Hall.

Economic development staff within the department are pleased to offer priority processing and personalized service to projects that meet the following conditions:

• New development or addition
• Industrial or office use
• More than 10,000 square feet
• More than 20 full-time jobs created
• Located in an employment area or the Aurora Promenade

Features of the program also include a �one window� pre-consultation concept and access to key decision-makers for immediate input.
